At Zen 360 Rooftop Venue Darwin, our stunning venue provides the perfect location for your event, and we’ve created a range of packages to match our magnificent surroundings. Located on the 16th floor, with stunning views of Darwin, Mindil Beach and the Harbour, our event space offers a truly breathtaking experience.
Conferences and corporate events
We offer exceptional facilities for conferences, corporate events and functions, and will do everything possible to meet your requirements. The two function rooms are the Harbour View room for 40 people inside and 95 outside and the Mindil Beach View room, which is ideal for 95 people inside and 40 outside. Our conference facilities include microphones, free Wifi, an inbuilt AV system, a projector, screens and refreshments.
Functions that are also booked with accommodation will receive discounts on venue hire too. The Mindil Ballroom can be hired from $4000 and the Harbour View bar can be hired from only $3000. If there are less than 40 adults in attendance, a room hire charge of $2000 may apply. For events that finish after 8:30 pm, at least 6 hotel rooms must be booked, with a 10% discount available.
Drinks
We offer both a standard and a premium drinks package and alcohol can also be purchased on a consumption basis. The standard package includes Sparkling Brut NV, Sauvignon Blanc, beer selection, soft drinks, orange juice and red wine. Prices start from $19pp for half an hour to $59pp for 5 hours. The premium beverage package includes the same plus basic spirits and is an extra $10pp. This also includes our expert bar staff, waiters and security for your event as well as tea and coffee.
Function Menu options
The Deluxe Buffet or plated selections
This menu includes incredible dishes like Peking duck infused with Asian spices accompanied by wilted Asian greens and fragrant Jasmine rice; escalope of pork in a cream and calvados sauce; and slow-cooked beef cheeks in red wine with creamy mashed potatoes, herbs and steamed vegetables. It also includes a fresh bread selection and there are vegan and gluten-free options like chickpea and okra curry.
Choose three buffet mains for $65pp or four mains for $75pp. If you prefer plated options, please get in touch for a price. You can add prawn, salmon and oyster options for $5 per person and an extra dish for $10 per person. Our dessert menu is $8.50 per serve and includes pavlovas and cheesecakes. Or you can order a dessert platter for £110 with cake, pavlovas and fruit.
Canapes
Our canape selection includes a range of options, including pizzas, skewers and pastries. Choices include Australian prawn skewers, smoked salmon wraps, Greek lamb skewers and a meat lover’s pizza. You can choose half an half with two cold and two hot items for $22pp. For a larger meal at $56pp, you can choose three cold items, five hot items and two station items, which include homemade meatballs or Little Boy hot dogs. Dessert canapes are $6pp and include chocolate mud cake, luxury cheeseboards and ice cream.
Conference Delegate Menu
For morning/afternoon tea, you can choose two options per break from our sweet, hot or healthy selections. For lunch, you can choose a fork buffet with three mains, a side and a salad, a make your own sandwich/salad bar, BBQ lunch or individual lunch boxes.
Breakfast Package
Perfect for early risers, our breakfast packages include a continental breakfast for $25pp (buffet) or $29 (table buffet). The breakfast cocktail package is $32pp and the full buffet breakfast with hot items is $35pp or $39 for table buffet. Breakfast can also be upgraded with extra items.
BBQ Menu
There isn’t a better location for a BBQ and we have four great BBQ options to choose from starting at $65pp. They include two canapes and two sides/salads and bread rolls, plus two desserts from the canape menu. The menus contain traditional BBQ items like mini frankfurt hotdogs, as well as live cooked chicken paella or BBQ grilled Barramundi.
